Voleur City. An area where the contrast between the rich and the poor can be easily seen. The ancient aristocrats of old built the city, with their descendants now holding the highest power in the area.
The city has two section of it. The Slums, where the poor who have no money, and Argent District, where the rest of the population stays. Many thieves of different calibers reside in the city, keep a wary eye in this city, or you might lose your money and even your life...
